B285 MK2 Laser Gage

For improved dimensional measurement in grooved and smooth tubes, the New B285 MK2 Laser Gage underwent redesign. It now includes measurement diameters ranging from 76 mm to 160 mm. A 20 mm measuring range, 360° revolving laser beam is used to take the measurement.
Guidance in the form of an umbrella is used to centre the head in the tube. When measuring through tubes with grooves, guiding pins move the measuring head along the tube.
A specialised programme manages the laser head, conducts the evaluations, and prints out images and tables displaying the measurement findings.
